Return & Refunds Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, cancellation, and refund terms applicable to all website development, consulting services, and digital products (collectively, “Services” and “Products”) offered by The Network Works (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing from us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Website Development & Consulting Services

1.1 Non-Refundable Once Commenced
All fees for website development and consulting services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

1.2 Revision Requests
(a) Client may request revisions or modifications only if such requests are:
• Submitted in writing
• Sent exclusively via email to thenetworkworks007@gmail.com
• Received within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of project completion as communicated by the Company

(b) Any revision request that does not meet the requirements above is invalid. The Company has no obligation to perform further work without additional compensation.

1.3 Expiration of Rights
If no revision request is received within the thirty (30) day period, the Client irrevocably waives any right to revisions under the original agreement.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Final Sale
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued once a digital product is delivered or made available for download.

2.2 Client Responsibility
Client is solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, and specifications before purchase.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Before Commencement
If a cancellation request is received in writing via email before work begins, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund less administrative and processing costs.

3.2 After Commencement
Once work has begun, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

4. Exclusive Method of Communication

4.1 Email Required
All communications regarding projects, revisions, cancellations, refunds, or disputes must be conducted exclusively via email to thenetworkworks007@gmail.com.

4.2 Invalid Channels
Requests or notices via phone, text message, social media, chat, or in-person are void and without effect.

5. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any external action, Client agrees to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith via written email correspondence with the Company at thenetworkworks007@gmail.com.

6. Modifications to Policy

The Company may amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
